School of Creative Learning invites applications from qualified and committed professionals for the teaching and non-teaching positions listed below.
We are a co-educational senior secondary (10+2) school in Patna, Bihar, teaching up to Class XII. We look for educators who teach beyond the textbook — who ask good questions, build on what children already know, and treat assessment as a way to understand learning rather than only to rank it. If that is how you work, we would like to hear from you.
Eligibility and Rules
Appointments will be made as per the service rules of the school. Selected candidates should be prepared to join at short notice.
Candidates must state in their application the level — PGT, TGT or PRT — they are applying for. Selection is to a panel, from which appointments are made as and when posts arise.
Minimum qualifications follow the NCTE regulations in force and the recruitment rules of the State Government. Where the two differ, the NCTE regulations prevail.

What We Look For
Beyond the degrees, we weigh these heavily at interview:

- Classroom practice informed by NEP 2020 — competency-based questions, experiential and activity-led teaching, and assessment used as feedback.

- Patience and warmth with children, and the judgement to know when a child needs support rather than correction.
- Willingness to take on co-scholastic work — clubs, houses, trips, competitions — as part of the job.
- Clear written and spoken communication with students, colleagues and parents.
