APCL has collaborated on action research grassroots projects with several leading governmental and non-governmental organisations such as UNICEF, Action Aid, Oxfam, Poorest Areas Civil Society (PACS), Commonwealth Education Fund, Sir Dorabji Tata Trust, Sulabh International, Care, Save the Children, National Rural Health Mission, Ritu Sinha Charitable Foundation (USA), The Kanka-Gajendra Foundation, Netarhat Old Boys Association (NOBA), National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) and State Council for Educational Research and Training (SCERT).
