To carry out modernization of Netarhat School, APCL has provided its facilities
to collect funds from NOBA members and well wishers. First drive for modernization
on modest scale resulted in a good collection of money, which was utilized
to modernize school during December 2003. Now we have appealed for additional
funds to carry forward this goal and bring it to a logical end before Golden
Jubilee celebrations in Nov. 2004.
Those wishing to donate should send the donation as per the following details:

Send bank draft in Indian Rupees payable to "Association for Promotion of
Creative Learning, Patna" on any bank at Patna.
Please mention that money is for APCL - NETARHAT Fund along with
your identity.
Donation by NRI or Foreign Citizens (Whether
in Foreign Exchange or Indian Rupees)
Best is to do an account transfer and intimate APCL and/or Prabhat Ranjan. Otherwise, send a bank draft or personal cheque.(Personal cheques take 6-8 weeks to clear!)
