APCL is run by a board of Management consisting of officers of IAS, IPS, Central Services, leading doctors and other important persons interested in the change of education system of the country. Most of them are members of NOBA (Netarhat Old Boys Association) and share the cherished goals of bringing the benefits of creative learning to the children of India.
